Meeting Room: SNAA52 (The meeting room is located behind Espresso Lab Coffee Shop)
Shuttle Times & Location: Each day, there will be a shuttle taking you from in front of Delta Hotels by Marriot Istanbul (@Levent) to Koç University campus. The license plate of the shuttle will be provided before the workshop. The departure times are:
11:45 on September 4, 2023, Monday,
08:00 on September 5, 2023, Tuesday,
08:00 on September 6, 2023, Wednesday.

We suggest booking hotels near Levent or 4th Levent, Istanbul. Here are some suggestions.
Shuttle Service: We will arrange a shuttle from the Levent Metro station to Koç University campus in the mornings and back to your hotel at the end of the day.
You can certainly book another hotel at another location in Istanbul. Be aware of the morning traffic.
